Technologies make a personal lawyer-client relationship possible
In the past, lawyers practiced independently with little or no staff and personal contact with their clients. Today’s technologies make a personal lawyer-client relationship possible once again. When you retain a lawyer you want and deserve to be served by a lawyer. Sometimes a staff member or clerk or representative, no matter how skilled or well-trained is no substitute for a lawyer’s on the spot advice. In my practice, the conduct of your important legal matter starts and ends with me.
By investing heavily in technology and limiting the number of clients that I will take on I am able to provide an exceptional level of personal service at a competitive cost. Many services are provided at a block fee and all work is quoted in writing at the time of retainer.
